Our International Express and Standard delivery courier is DHL. Please ensure that you have filled in a valid and identifiable address and phone number for delivery. Deliveries within Lagos will be done in 3 - 5 working days after production. Deliveries within Nigeria will be done in 5 - 7 working days after production. international shipping takes 3 - 7 working days after production. Orders placed during sale periods or new launch periods could take up to 7 working days to be dispatched after sales has been finalized.

Please be aware that the delivery date is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and weather delays. KOLZ is not responsible for additional taxes or duties imposed by customs.

CUSTOM
We advise customers to check with their local customs office for duty and tax information. Our packages are shipped from Nigeria. Customs and duties fees may apply upon delivery, determined by the local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and KOLZ is not liable for any customs or duties fees incurred.
REFUSED PACKAGES
We strongly advise against refusing parcels on delivery. If a delivery is refused by the customer for any reason, the package will be returned to us and we would be charged a return fee. Unfortunately, your store credit refunds will be given less this charge and the initial shipping fee which is non-refundable. In cases where there is no communication from the customer, KOLZ will consider the package abandoned and will proceed to destroy the package. In these instances, you are not eligible for a store credit refund.
