Returns & Exchange

Our returns centre provides easy, quick and hassle free returns.

Please note that your order would only be accepted if returned in an approved and saleable condition within 7 days from when you received it.
Prior to placing your order, kindly review our size chart. All orders are considered final. Feel free to reach out via email with any questions or concerns, and our team will be delighted to assist you with your order.

For refunds, we will only refund the cost of the item within 15 days of purchase in the form of store credit only all sale items are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Please note that any items returned with signs of being worn, washed or with any tags removed, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once we receive your item, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

If you received an item that is defective, incorrect or damaged, please email us at hello@kolzco.com with a photo or video of the item and we will provide a replacement. Please note that you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

When completing your return, please note if you choose to keep your Kolz tote bag that your order was packed in, the cost of the tote bag will be deducted from your total return amount. See prices below:

Your return request MUST be submitted to us through our return form and then your item will be inspected. Any signs of wear or damage will lead to your return request being denied.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

• - You ordered from our sample sale / final sale
• - You ordered a custom fit
• - Your ordered a made-to-measure item and it aligns with your measurements sent.
• - Your item has been worn and has stains.

Please note that returns are not free of charge except in the case of defective items,
