We advise customers to check with their local customs office for duty and tax information. Customs and duties fees may apply upon delivery, determined by the local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and Kolz is not liable for any customs or duties fees incurred.
Can I request cancellation or exchange?
To be eligible for a complete refund, kindly request cancellations within 8 hours of placing your order, ensuring it is before the commencement of the production phase. We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges.
